I checked in quite late due to our cancelled flight but Dino (host) was able to leave the keys for me to access the room. He was always prompt in answering my questions and was very accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags later than the usual checkout. I like the location and the fact that the unit has 2 bathrooms and a washing machine.
I would have appreciated a heads-up that there will be no toiletries available such as soap - hand and body, shampoo and conditioner. Unless I totally missed the notice on the information provided through Booking.com

From the start of the booking confirmation up to check out. The Host is great and responsive. The place is clean my son love it there and wants to come back.
The parking costs us around Php. 1,000.00 for the whole stay. So, include additional Php. 1,000.00 for your parking fee if you have a car.

The place is big. Aircons are fully functional. Bedrooms are clean and neat.
There are so many tiny cockroaches and the place smells like moth balls. The trash can is full of cockroaches.
