    **Unacceptable Cleanliness, Poor Maintenance, and Delayed Check-In** Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. The condition of the unit was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall management. We encountered numerous cockroaches throughout the unit, including underneath the beds. We also found what appeared to be cockroach droppings on the wooden bed frames, along with visible dirt and stains on various surfaces. These are not minor housekeeping oversights. The extent of the issues suggests that the property is not being properly maintained and that adequate sanitation and pest control measures are lacking. Even basic necessities were not provided. There were no bathroom rugs or floor mats to dry our feet after showering, and no tissues were available. The check-in process was equally unacceptable. Our scheduled check-in was at 3:00 PM, yet we were only allowed into the room at 5:00 PM, two hours later than expected. Despite this delay, the room was still not fully prepared. We had to wait until 5:45 PM for the blankets and towels to arrive. There is no reasonable justification for such a delay, especially when the accommodation was still not ready for guests. Cleanliness, proper maintenance, basic amenities, and having rooms ready at the agreed check-in time are fundamental expectations, not additional services that guests should have to request. The issues we encountered reflect serious shortcomings in property upkeep and management. **It is unacceptable to accommodate paying guests in these conditions, particularly when there was already a significant delay in preparing the room.** Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property. Significant improvements in sanitation, pest control, maintenance, and guest management are necessary before it can reasonably meet basic accommodation standards.
