Good location near to shopping and everything

The bed was noisy everything we move make noise to keep us awake

the room had a microwave as requested and there was a balcony. large refrigerator, tv was a smart tv, to watch you tube thru the wifi no local or net tv channels available. wifi once connected worked well, shower was fine and was warm enough worked well, pillows were good and plenty of them

i was sent an email after i had left the country and did not have access to these emails whilst overseas, i was not aware of the door code to enter and required to have some permit to be able to access and or use the onsite pool. On arrival had to contact the host to obtain the information i was given a door code that didn't work and the instruction on how to sue the door code was not explained properly. no water bottle was supplied to the room which is standard in Philippines to have proper drinking water, on arrival the shower soap was empty and the hair shampoo had enough for one use and was never refreshed for the week so i went and bought own bath soap, extra toilet roll, bath soap for my stay. requested a soft bed the bed was on however was still to hard for my old bones however was never asked about it, they say a 2 bedroom apartment however this is incorrect it is 2 large beds in one room that allows no room to move in the entire apartment remove one and place a lounge chair inside instead of stating it is 2 bedroom it is only 1 room in total with 2 large beds that give no room to access both sides of the bed. tv was ok, smart tv however no tv channels only access to you tube via the wifi was fine for me is all i wanted no other tv channels available did not cook and very limited cutlery no knives are in this room cannot butter a slice of bread or toast and could not even cut anything. location is good but this place is called the SHORE RESIDENCE 2, TOWER 3, if you dont know the exact name of this building or have a map of its location taxi drivers struggle to find your accommodation do not go by th name of easy stay etc not applicable at all to the actual location. make sure you have the hosts phone number before arrival to sort out any issues , the host did come on most occasions when there was a problem how to set set the wifi going, i suggest to the host they have a detailed instructions door and wifi etc on arrival in the room pls
