We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at this property! Being a brand-new villa, everything inside was modern, well-equipped, and in pristine condition. The location is extremely convenient—situated right near the highway and just a 15-minute drive from Kumily town, making it easily accessible while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. What truly stood out was the service; the staff were exceptionally cooperative and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Key Highlights: Brand-new property with top-notch amenities and equipment. Great location close to the highway and just 15 minutes from Kumily town. Cooperative and friendly staff dedicated to guest comfort. Overall experience: Exceptionally comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Need some more maintenance at shower room plumbing where taps and flush not working properly and balcony area where water dripping in while rain fall!

It was an exceptionally beautiful, well maintained Villa. From the moment I booked the Villa, Mr.Manoj kept in touch and gave us all the details about the best way to enjoy the local attractions and was ready to help with booking tickets for various events. He personally welcomed us when we arrived. Each time we called him with any queries ,he always answered our calls and helped us with whatever we needed . It was really such a nice experience to have Mr Manoj who took care of all our needs like a family member. Usually there is no personal touch in most villas. Coming to the villa, I never expected such a beautiful, well maintained, new villa. So artistically decorated. Beautiful ambience . Large bedrooms ,clean toilets , beautiful balconies and sit outs. Beautiful dining room ,kitchen and a large sitting room with a TV and channels of all languages. Good wi-fi , inveter incase of power cuts . This villa is a steal for the rate we were charged. Too good to be true. I have travelled many places in India and abroad but for this rate ,such a beautiful Villa , unbelievable. Enough car parking space . Nisha ,the maid was always with a smile. Prepared our sumptous breakfast . A very good place for families and friends to have a pleasant get together. I would surely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Thekkady .
