The caretaker was asking for extra charges for AC and BREAKFAST. But my booking included both. I told him 3-4 times that it's included but he was trying to make some extra money at the end when I showed him the booking then only he said ok.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Thekkady. The place was very clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful greenery, which made our trip even more relaxing. The host was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we were comfortable and also guided us with local tips, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also very tasty and freshly prepared. We truly enjoyed the homely feel and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thekkady. we would definitely love to stay here again

The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The listing mentioned access to a kitchen, which unfortunately wasn’t available. That said, the owner was helpful and brought us spoons and bowls when we asked. However, it might be inconvenient for guests who plan to cook, so better check before booking.

The listing mentioned that the room has AC included. There were other services clearly marked as an additional charge. However, the owner was trying to charge as more to give us AC remote. In the end, we received the remote, and AC was working, but the whole situation was very unpleasant.
