Good space and location

Everything. Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen were spacious. Blinds that block out the sun was very helpful. Location is amazing and everything was so close. Would love to visit again when in Paris next.

Living room could use some dusting or cleaning behind the couch.

Best place to stay, I can assure u that

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the apartment! From start to finish, everything was exactly as advertised, if not better. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with great attention to detail that made it feel like a real home away from home. Communication with the owner was flawless throughout. He was always available, quick to respond, and genuinely keen to make sure my stay was perfect. He was also very flexible with check-in, which made everything so much easier after my travels. What really stood out was the level of preparation and care , He provided a detailed PDF guide that covered everything I needed to know about the apartment and the local area. It was so thoughtfully put together and made my arrival and stay completely seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I could possibly need. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests' experience, and it shows in every small detail. I would highly recommend.

Pour une escapade romantique dans un bien d'exception

L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos: spacieux, lumineux, confortable, parfaitement propre, entièrement équipé, décoré avec gout. Il est situé dans une résidence sécurisée au cœur d'un quartier dynamique et à proximité des transports. Le parking publique est juste en face. Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation.

To był najlepiej wyposażony apartament w jakim spaliśmy. Podróżujemy bardzo dużo i pierwszy raz nie zabrakło nam niczego! Cudowny apartament z klimatycznym balkonem. Bardzo czysto i wygodnie. Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta dla tych, którzy cenią spokój! Idealne połączenie ze stacją La Défense. Świetne restauracje w okolicy, są też sklepy, apteka i wszystko co potrzebne. Absolutnie zjawiskowa jakość obsługi - gospodarz otwarty na wszelakie nasze sugestie, dostosował wszystko do naszych potrzeb. Idealne miejsce i ludzie! Wielkie brawa!

Шикарные аппартаменты!!! Рекомендуем всем!

Аппартаменты великолепные, очень чисто, есть все необходимое до мелочей! Расположение тоже удобное, все есть рядом, и супермаркет, и пекарни, рестораны. До метро 20 мин всего, мы ходили пешком, но можно и на автобусе подъехать. Мы были как дома, кровать очень удобная, на окнах везде закрываются жалюзи, и утром можно поспать дольше. Полотенца белоснежные, душевая комната шикарная, можно подключить телефон и слушать музыку, принимая душ! Кухня также привела меня в восторг, посуда вся отличная и всё необходимое есть до мелочей, как написано в описании. Мы готовили сами и вечерами ужинали и смотрели телевизор. При выборе аппартаментов, нам обязательно хотелось балкон, (кстати очень тяжело было найти с балконом)чтобы выходить утром с чашечкой кофе. На балконе удобные кресла и неплохой вид. Перед заездом нам хозяин выслал pdf файл с инструкцией, где всё детально описано по квартире. Ключи было удобно забрать в магазине рядом с домом. В общем продумано всё до мелочей, спасибо большое хозяину квартиры. Я рекомендую всем, и цена соответствует. Если хотите немного дешевле, то это будет намного дальше от центра, больше будет растрат на транспорт. Мы с мужем ходили практически везде пешком от сюда, это реально. Просто построить сразу необходимый маршрут и вуаля! Всем рекомендую, мы с мужем прекрасно провели время и, если мы будем в Париже снова, то будем жить только здесь!!!

Не понравилось только то, что нужно было уезжать!!!

Très bon séjour et appartement à cinq minutes du train ou du tram

Logement, très lumineux, les toilettes séparées de la salle de bain, de l’espace pour se bouger. Le livret d’accueil est bien complet

Au départ, gros coup de stress, car le commerçant où nous devions déposer les clés était fermé. J’ai dû courir chez mon fils , habitants à Puteaux, et lui déposer les clés les clés car nous avions un train à prendre. Il faudrait certainement prévoir un plan B, ou une boîte aux lettres pour éviter ce style inconvénient. Une solution a été trouvée pour les clés mais bien après lors de départ du train.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé.

L’appartement est conforme aux photos. Il est très bien situé , à savoir proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Il est très facile de récupérer les clés et de les rendre. Le livret d’accueil est pratique. L’immeuble est calme (un peu de bruit le dimanche matin à cause du marché). J’ai apprécié la propreté du logement.

Soggiorno molto piacevole e con un'ottima qualità-prezzo, lo consiglio!

L'appartamento è esattamente come in foto. Nuovo, arredato con gusto, molto pulito e localizzato in un quartiere veramente grazioso. Puteaux è fuori Parigi, ma non ci si rende conto di essere usciti dal momento che è perfettamente collegato a Parigi con le linee L e U (che passano molto spesso e sono comprese nel biglietto normale "Ile de France", attenzione che invece 144 e T2 non lo sono) ed è circondata da supermercati, ristoranti e tutto ciò che serve. In 10 minuti si arriva à La Défence e in 30-40 minuti alla Gare de Lyon: L'area è molto tranquilla, ma non mancano locali per uscire alla sera. L'appartamento è molto ben fornito, ci sono anche numerose spezie e condimenti se si desidera cucinare in casa.

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema a recuperare le chiavi, ma il proprietario ha risolto tempestivamente e risponde molto velocemente ai messaggi. La tapparella della camera da letto era rotta e non era possibile aprirla, ma siamo stati avvisati il giorno stesso dell'arrivo e non è stato un grosso problema. Consiglierei di aggiungere un tavolo con qualche sedia per fare colazione al mattino o se si decide di mangiare a casa, attualmente è presente una sorta di scrivania con una sedia da ufficio e un tavolino con delle sedie sul balcone.
