Fabulous overview of beach. HOWEVER, there is virtually nothing near the beach, I restaurant and a cafe and expensive shop. The restaurants are all up 180 steep steps that are very tough to climb even once in a day and certainly not when it’s hot. There are also very uneven steps up to the villa from beach promenade. An older person would never get there.
Villa well laid out with lots of terraces but needs refitted. There are internal steps I fell down and was very lucky not to sprain my ankle. Views are incredible but they come at the price of many steps to villa and also to any restaurants.
