The location just off the Camí d'en Kane is fantastic—truly in the middle of the peaceful Menorcan countryside, yet close enough to Alaior for convenience. It's ideally situated for exploring the north, south, and west of the island.The house itself is beautiful, and the apartments are practical, well-designed, and offer great privacy with their own little terraces. We also loved the pool area!
Nothing at all! Just worth noting that you will definitely need a car to get around, but that is to be expected when staying in the countryside on Minorca

Nos encantó todo. Anfitriones son encantadores, muy dedicados y atentos.
Estancia muy limpia, súper cómoda y completo.
Desayuno buenísimo y la piscina tranquila e impecable.
Si buscas disfrutar de la tranquilidad, descanso y comodidad, lo recomiendo al 1000%.

La finca, los espacios comunes, el entorno, la tranquilidad, los servicios de la casa... pero sobre todo ellos. Itziar y Jesús le dan el 10 a la estancia. Venid sin plan y dejaros aconsejar. Mil gracias¡¡

The property was beautiful. The pool is lovely. There are lots of lovely little nooks to read a book or have a glass of wine. At large it was a very tranquil and beautiful place in a central location that allows you to easily travel around Menorca.
Finca Llimpet felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel or bed and breakfast. No amenities like shampoo or breakfast. You’ll need to rent your own car.
