BiniVento- Lovely villa with pool near the beach

Joli Maison en bord de mer. Vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse du toit. Emplacement sympa dans un quartier de villas. Haies protégeant du regard d'autrui. Serviettes de bain en quantité. Ciutadella est à environ 1h de route. Tous les autres sites d'intérêt sont à moins de 1h.

L'aéroport de Mahon est à 10 minutes en voiture, il y a donc le passage d'avions mais cela n'est pas trop gênant. La propreté n'est pas au top: ils ne connaissent pas l'anti-calcaire et il ne faut pas regarder sous les meubles! Il n'y a pas eu d'accueil, les clés étaient dans un coffret sécurisé. Communication compliquée: on nous pose toujours les mêmes questions et donc on répète...et pas pour grand chose. A savoir que la piscine est profonde et donc non adaptée pour des petits. Merci de renouveler les photos de la maison: certaines pièces de mobilier ne correspondent plus.

It was a little difficult to find the house. I copied and paste the address in google map but it took me to a wrong house. It looks that this address shows two different locations. The easy way to find the house was researching as "Binivento Lovely house with pool close to the water" in google map.

This is a fabulous, well equipped, very clean and centrally located villa which we loved staying at. The owners attention to detail is excellent, everything you need is provided - we very much hope to stay again! Comfortable and well thought space inside and out, with a fabulous terrace and BBQ area where we loved sitting as the sun went down ….such beautiful sunsets!

Nothing! Only suggestion is the option of blinds - the muslins at the windows are pretty but don’t blank any light out. A spray mop would also be great to keep everywhere clean in longer stays…
