Easy communication, fast answers to questions and good recommendations from the hosts. The location of the cabin is beautiful, very quiet with direct access to the river:)) Perfect setting to see auroras with some luck and a lot of opportunities for activities close by.

Absolute Ruhe mitten in herrlicher Natur! Trotzdem alles, was man braucht (Flughafen, Bus, Laden) zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Ort hat ein intimes, inspirierendes und außerhewöhnliches Flair, besonders in den Abendstunden.... und wer es auf Nordlichter absieht, kommt da ganz bestimmt auf seine Kosten. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, über Telefon gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Ich habe mich nicht davon abschrecken lassen, dass dieser Ort so viele schlechte Bewertungen hatte... allerdings kam ich die Punkte mancher Gäste verstehen: Dieser Ort ist nicht für jeden das Gleiche. Es hängt davon ab, was man möchte und was man braucht. Manche Reisende zum Beispiel haben vorher keine Idee von dem Format eines typisch finnischen Ferienhauses, finden alles zu klein, zu einfach und vermissen den gewohnten Luxus. Man sollte also an erster Stelle die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur zu schätzen wissen und sich nicht zu schade sein, auch mal ein paar Schritte zu laufen. Die Busverbindungen sind hier leider etwas unzuverlässig. Mietwagenpreise und Taxigebühren sind teuer.

Ungemütliches knackendes bett
Bei der Ankunft war der Weg zur Unterkunft nicht von Schnee befreit.
Wir mussten mit Koffern durch ca 40 cm hohen Schnee laufen
Keine Restaurants in der Nähe
Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen
