Good place to stay

Very comfortable and clean apartment; during my stay the temperature reached minus 30 degrees (C), but it was warm and cosy inside. Well equipped kitchen. The reception is - I believe - open 24/7, you can buy postcards, stamps, some souvenirs. Friendly, helpful and undrestanding staff!

Fabulous stay in beautiful place.

Clean and comfortable. Very well located. Warm. We were there for cross country skiing. Perfect location for this. Great trails - probably not for total beginners as fewer shorter loops. Excellent if you have cross country skied before though.

Clean and big apartment

The accommodation was perfect. We were 6 friends and there was enough place for each of us. Also two bathrooms and great sauna. We were also lucky to see northern lights from window of accommodation. We had two cars and there was no problem with parking (we wrote about that before arrival) Our accommodation was few minutes by walk from reception (2 min by car)

It’s a compact but very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a good location to walk to the market, restaurants, ski park, Husky & Co., Lapland safaris, etc. for all the activities. The large dryer was a great addition to help all the layers dry out by morning. Sauna in the bathroom also very nice.

We were placed in Villa 3, without being told that construction work on a new Villa was happening just outside what would have been a very nice enclosed porch with a beautiful view (without the new Villa in the way). Instead we had to keep the shades closed all the time as workers were walking a few ft. outside the windows. The lack of view and privacy was very disappointing, especially having not been told ahead of time.

The apartment was very well sized and laid out. There was a very helpful folder that explained how everything worked and where you could find things in town.

The building where our apartment was, was not clearly marked, and despite having a handout from reception, it was not easy to find.

incrediblely dissapointing stay!

apartment was functional and warm

customer service is abysmal! The swimming pool with is listed on here as a facility (and photographed) is not included! this is frustrating as I only booked this apartment so the kids could swim, it was not listed as an ‘extra’. Hotel wanted €60 to swim! When I queried this, reception we’re incredibly rude and unhelpful, I asked to speak to management and was told there were no managers present in the hotel 🤷‍♀️Incredibly unhelpful. I was left with 2 incredibly sad children! in addition our apartment overlooked a building site. this didn’t bother us, apart from the fact they left the work lights on 24 hours a day. as a result the apartment was bright even at night which was horrid.

Perfect 2 bed apartment in the villa block, 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We loved the sauna after a day outside. Near to everything. Good value.
