Very good

The check in and check out were smooth. The staff was quite helpful. Fire place is very nice and useful, wood was prepared. Sauna is a nice benefit as well as the outside storage for skis etc.

Firstly we expected to have the apartment ready for 4 people but it was prepared only for 2 in the bedroom. The coach and the bed sheets were not prepared and we had to move to furniture ourselves to set it up. Secondly the WiFi was not working at all! It was called "suite 1" and we stay in suite 3 so I guess they have only one router for all the suites. Overall it was not working and we had to use mobile data.

The standard of the apartment versus the price of the apartment did not go “hand in hand” - too expensive for this kind of apartment.

We wanted to stay longer.

We came an hour earlier than checkin time so were a little worried that we would have to wait for our room. But instead we got an even bigger room than we had expected. Fantastic comfort, was super cosy and equipped with everything you need and really enjoyed the fireplace and sauna, the high ceiling and balcony added to the luxurious feeling. Family and pet friendly! That checkout is at 13.00 is also great. Will definitely stay here again if we come back! 10 out of 10!

perfect for a family retreat.

We liked the totality of amenities, with cabinet for drying clothes, sauna, etc. perfect for a family weekend retreat.

It could have been somewhat cleaner, althoug it was not dirty. just some food from previous residents in the freezer and shampoo in the shower.

Good location, friendly staff and a cozy and clean appartment

Alot of small things that soured the experience a bit. Heating was weird all around, with seemingly no heating in the bedroom. Sauna didn't heat up properly too.

- overall clean - fireplace - sauna - complete kitchen facilities and utensils - 2 mins away from supermarket - everything is walking distance

- not enough heating in the bedroom even if setting is max - bathroom leaks when showering but tolerable - sauna area not fully enclosed - tv cannot be connected to wifi, too old for netflix etc. - supplies of common condiments not complete. - instructions/notes not in universal language (english).

Great location at the mall and xc ski piste

Clean, well functioning apartment for 2, would not pack 4 in it. Well located for the mall, rentals and restaurants as well as the xc ski piste. Well equipped kitchen.

The heating system was weird and there was practically no heating in the bed room. We never found the ski waxing room.

Lighting to in the bathroom can be further improved and highly recommend that the landlord provides shower curtain. It would be great if somekind of a written manual can be provided in the unit for guest - guiding them on how to operate various equipment that is currently installed in the apartment unit.

Perusmajoitus, kaikki suht ok, ei valtavia puutteita.

Monipuolinen aamiainen, kiva sijainti ja mukava sauna. Keittiössä riiittävä varustus iltaruoan tekoon ja ateriointiin. Takkakin olisi ollut käytössä.

Siivous ei ollut onnistunut ihan halutulla tavalla, löysimme ensimmäisenä iltana sohvapöydän vierestä luumun tms kiven. Tuo kohta oli nähtävästi muutenkin jäänyt imuroimatta pölyn määrästä arvioiden. Haastetta aiheutti se, että avaimia oli vain yksi! Tämä oli ongelmallista, koska vaikeutti liikkumista erikseen. Avainboksi olisi tällaiseen toimiva ja nykyaikainen ratkaisu.

Sijainti oli erinomainen, kaikki palvelut lähellä. Parkkipaikka oli myös lähellä ja peräkärryllekin löytyi hyvin tilaa. Aamiainen oli hyvä.

Hyvä sijainti ja sopiva pariskunnalle

Aamiainen Bistrossa oli hyvä ja sillä pärjäsi pitkälle päivän aikana. Ruokakauppa lähellä ja samoin kivat ravintolat ihan kävelyetäisyydellä. Kahdelle aikuiselle huoneisto oli oikein sopiva ja hiihtoladut lähtevät ihan vierestä. Kuukkelin asiakaspalvelu hyvin ystävällistä sekä myös joustavia kun meillä oli lähtöpäivänä hieman muutoksia lentoyhtiön takia, extra kiitos siitä!

Mausteita ei ollut suolan ohella yhtään eikä astianpesukoneeseen pesuainetta, mutta toisaalta kauppa oli ihan nurkan takana.
