設備がとてもキレイで良かったです。スタッフさんの対応もとても良かったです。

ペットの値段が事前に提示があると良かったと思います。

自炊をしたが、近くに買い出しの店がない。

・自炊をしたが、近くに買い出しの店がないことの情報をインターネット上で確認出来たらよかった。 ・キッチンで使用可能なキッチン用品の種類と数量等がインタネット上で、もう少し事前に確認出来たらよかった。（自炊するために足りないものがないかの不安を解消するため）

The host is very friendly and responsive most of the time.

The house was running by gas and we didn’t know the gas would shut after a long use ( nearly 12hours). We need to ask the host how to turn it on. It’s outside the house with snow weather is not real idealism to get out of the house to turn the gas on. Water and heat systems had to turn back on after 24hours. Otherwise everything is cold. Washing machine has no dryer. Tenant better ask how to use all these systems before the host leaves as he may not comeback for a few days. Understandable it’s a lot of effort travelling in the snow to help tenant. A bit expensive for the price but the service is okay.

落ち着いた時間が流れてとても快適でリラックスできました。 備品も色々揃っているし清潔で満足できました。
