La posizione strategica: vicina al centro ma in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. La camera accogliente con affaccio sul verde. I bagni e la cucina molto puliti. Aree comuni accoglienti.

The room is clean, bed sheet is clean. The temperature is cool in summer.

there was some noises on the road early in 6 am. Not the fault of the hotel just let people who want to stay there to know.

Good location, easy check-in.
Although paid steet parking is available (until 10PM, differently than per instructions), there are gates which could be used to accomodate guests' cars (it would be a nice to have thing). Toilet door lock requires maintenance as well as you might get stuck.

Posizione okkei per andare a piedi in centro a Lubiana o prendere mezzi se serve.
Cucina accessoriata, camera pulita.
Un bagno per 5 camere è davvero poco. L’asse del water non combacia neanche e con il fatto che ci sono tutte queste persone che lo usano è sempre piuttosto sporco, oltre che quasi sempre occupato.
La doccia tappata…
Insomma la situazione bagno penso davvero sia da rivedere.
