Great location! “Updated” flat in a historic building. Comfortable, clean, and quiet- with a very friendly manager/owner. The shower was great, too. I look forward to staying here again.

Ljubljana is a non car district, but the drop off area is reasonably close. As expected in old towns, the cobble streets are a little difficult for wheeling bags, and this property is charming in its age, but this also means there is no lift to the floor (expect stairs).
The room we were allocated has two unusual beds. The main bed is wall-to-wall, but reasonably comfortable. The other bed is in the main room (near the kitchen).
The laundry facility is shared but we found it to be almost never in use. The bathroom can be warm in summer allowing clothes to dry very easily (there is no dryer).
The distance to the train station is a long walk but possible if dry. But the proximity to the local area is extremely good being on the doorstep to all the sites.
