We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of the Vatican and close to the Ottaviano metro station, making it easy to explore Rome. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome.
The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning, which didn’t work properly at first. However, we contacted the host, who responded quickly and helped resolve the problem. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The terrace was great, the beds were comfortable, two restrooms
Sadly there was a problem with the boiler and no hot water and the elevator was tricky to use.
