La posizione è ottima, vicino c’è tutto, dal negozio di alimentari ai bar/ristoranti e negozi vari. San Pietro è davvero vicinissimo, la metro abbastanza comoda da prendere. Comodissima la lavastoviglie, la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice
I climatizzatori all’arrivo non erano accesi, li abbiamo accesi ma non raffreddavano molto essendo un po’ datati, in cucina non c’erano 4 sedie per poter mangiare.

Ambiente novo, bom espaço e bem equipado.
Ao chegar notamos que os ar condicionados não estavam funcionando, fizemos contato no mesmo dia. Demoraram responder e disseram que não havia como resolver. Pedimos ventiladores para amenizar, uma vez que Roma está muito quente nessa época. Novamente não atenderam. Quando finalmente a segunda feira chegou (passamos 2 noites sem dormir, janelas abertas com muito barulho da rua e insetos) ninguém apareceu para resolver e tão pouco nos retornaram com informações. Descaso total com os hóspedes! Outro ponto ruim é o chuveiro, a água não sai na ducha principal (pouca pressão) e a temperatura da água ou é fervendo ou gelada.
