Harbour Retreat is set over three floors and has two bedrooms including a king-size and a second-floor king-size, along with a dressing room/reading area, a bathroom and a cloakroom. The living areas include a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with electric flame-effect stove, and a conservatory/breakfast room. Amenities include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, and WiFi. Outside there is a rear courtyard garden with patio and furniture. One parking permit available for Zone L road side parking (subject to spaces being available) until 29 July 2026 (subject to Council Renewal). This includes Trinity Street and the streets round about, please check the council website for a full list. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
