The property was as described and very comfortable and clean.We enjoyed the well equipped gym facilities. We were treated to dolphin shows very close to the beach which was a first.

So, all was good with the exception of the following: 1. I asked for a late checkout which was approved for noon on 8/27. Then on the 24th I received a text that my CHECKOUT on 8/25 was approved for noon. This was confusing because my CHECK-IN was that date. So, I had to spend time straightening that out. I was told that it was confused because there was another SCOTT ANDERSON involved. With the same unit…I doubt it. 2. Then, on 8/27 I received a text that my checkout was at 10:00am. Again, wrong information. Honestly, I just ignored it. Your automated texting is over used and fails to take into account special arrangements and caused confusion. Otherwise, everything went as planned.
