No TV for 2 days and no Internet for 3 days. Difficult to work when you don’t have internet access.

We had a very easy check in and a great view of the ocean and the beach. We had a pleasant stay and you did not hear the neighbors next door at all. the positioning of the balconies did give you some privacy from the next door neighbors and gave you a better view of the surrounding area. Even had a great view from the backside of the condo on the main walk way.

We all thorough enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VII. The facility is very nice and accommodating. Our only concern were the slow draining tubs.
The pool area was nice and big as well as clean. Access to the beach was convenient with plenty of hoses to wash off when returning. The lobby fans kept the walkway dry and safe. We really appreciated the baskets and carts upon arrival and departure. We would definitely stay there again.
