Exclusive 3,500 sqft house located in desirable Towne Point. We decorate for the holidays so you don’t have to! Host a holiday, vacation, or visit someone, 20 minute drive to Beaches. We are 3 miles from the Piney green gate on Camp Lejeune. Close to Onslow beach on base, Hammocks Beach with a ferry ride to bear Island & Emerald Isle. Close to Restaurants, movie theaters ect. Rainy day, no problem, there are two, 55 inch smart TV’s & wii U& board games. Feel free to ask about extras on holidays

The space
As you enter the Osprey Getaway, there is a 1st floor open floor plan, with the Coral Cave (Full size bed and a desk) and a full bath if you need to avoid stairs.
Easy access to the screened in porch off of the living room, kitchen and eating area along with a patio out back, fenced in yard, bar height table and chairs and a picnic table, with a grill and propane , along with a fire table for making s’mores (I leave you all the sticks, propane, marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate bars.
Upstairs
The Captains quarters (king bed) and a pack n play with sheets (in closet ) and the Anchors Away bonus room (2 twin beds, full size futon and twin size couch) a 55inch smart TV, Wii U, board games, kiddie toys share 1 full bath with a stand up shower with a hand held shower head with spa like spray choices
The Mermaids lounge has a full
Size bed and shares a full bathroom with a tub and the same shower head, with the Underwater Rustic retreat (queen bed)
In the middle of all 4 bedrooms is Nemo’s nook and open space for puzzles or quiet reading

To make your visit easier, there is a beach cart, beach toys, a beach tent, a beach bag, beach chairs and a cooler, badminton set, baby pool, kiddie mini water table, for the back yard

We provide some coffee for the keurig and coffee for the ninja , creamer, sugar, honey
We also provide some different teas and hot cocoa, all condiments are able to be used.
We leave body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each shower, hand soap, toilet paper, towels, hand soap, hair dryer, sheets and pillows that are encased in protective cases, all the mattresses are encased in protective cases.
We have beach toys, beach sun shelter, beach cart, beach cooler and some beach chairs for your use
