This new beach home will become your favorite beach getaway! This aviation-themed home away from home is just moments away from having your toes in the sand or dipping your body in the water on our beautiful island. You will be close to fantastic restaurants and if you would like to experience the waters from another point of view, there is a shared boat/kayak dock where you can do fishing or set up crab traps. Additional must-visit attractions include Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, Shipwreck Point Golf, North Topsail Beach Town Park, and Hampstead Kiwanis Park.
Upon entering, you will find light and fun themed decor. Wall-to-wall windows flood the entire space with natural light and allow you to admire the beautiful ocean and sound vistas. Spread out comfortably and stream a favorite show on the large smart TV or break out any of the provided board games for a fun evening at home, including Life, Dominos, Exploding Kittens, cards, chess, checkers, and Tic-Tac-Toe. When mealtime comes, the fully equipped kitchen will have your back! It's appointed with all stainless steel appliances for the chef in your group to whip up meals and snacks in no time. You will delight yourself with splendid views from the covered decks, and then retreat to the bubbly hot tub for a soothing bath. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, an enclosed outdoor shower, 50-inch smart TVs in every room, an elevator, three beach chairs, a beach cart, and central AC.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

There is a shared boat/kayak dock that is private to the 10 houses on the street. You can do fishing at this dock or set up crab traps.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Vanodi Landing was a perfect place to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday with friends. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cookware, utensils and was also well organized. The home was tastefully decorated but also simple and not overly stated. The views from the house were amazing from every deck, with a nice view of the beach across the street. I would highly recommend this house and plan to stay again!

Airplane decor and kitchen.

When we arrived, the code would not work because the cleaning team did not close an upstairs elevator door, which would not allow the downstairs elevator door to open. We had to call and get a code for the lock upstairs. Also, beach wagon, as promised in the listing, was missing a wheel and rusted. It's a haul to the beach without a wagon, and had I known, I would have brought mine. We had to call again about hot tub. Water was dingy, so they had to come out and shock it. After all of that, everything was good. House is beautiful and elevator was nice, just complicated to use at first, so instructions for the elevator would have been nice.
