If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: 3 on the front of the house facing the entrance and the driveway. 1 on the side of the house facing the beach access. 1 on the ground level deck north side facing deck steps leading to beach. 1 on the second level deck south side facing deck leading to beach.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The view and location of this property were fantastic! Trips to the beach with the kids were very easy, and the hot tub and nearby pool received much use by our group. The home was well stocked, with a lot of living space for us to enjoy to home together.
We had a few minor maintenance issues early on in our trip, but they were addressed very quickly by Vacasa and their team!

The location of this beach home is incredible…right on the ocean and next to the community pool. Kids loved making new friends at the pool. House is beautiful, but needs some attention. We had a great time and made wonderful memories. Outdoor hose for rinsing off from the beach and clothes line on lower deck were so appreciated. Ice maker and dehumidifiers were great extras. Glad we brought our own beach towels and hair dryers… none in home for our stay. North Topsail Beach is a perfect vacation spot.
