The open-concept living room, kitchen, dining area, and top-floor primary bedroom are all located on the third level with floor-to-ceiling and picture windows with incredible, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean (and a skylight with a motorized shade in the primary bedroom for stargazing). The second-floor primary bedroom also has amazing views of the ocean, while the other two second-floor bedrooms have great views of the Intercoastal Waterway. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: Located on the sound side. Lovely area to sit and enjoy the sound side sunset. Does not accommodate docking a boat, but fine for launching canoes, and the like.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We loved this house and the location! It fit our family of 7 with room to spare and was everything we were wanting! It’s right on the beach beautifully decorated and very well maintained. We had a small issue with the door lock and it was handled immediately. They checked on us to make sure it was still working. The communication was great and everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be back. Even the kids said we have to come back to this exact house next year

The house was beautiful and this is an excellent location. There could be a few more cooking items (pots, pans, etc.) we purchased butter knives because there was only 1. But otherwise the house was great!

This house did not disappoint, the location was ideal in the middle of the island offering easy access to different restaurants, treats, and shopping. The beach was quiet and the views were amazing. Lots of space for everyone. I would take my family back again. Only bummer was hot tub was cold when we got there and took days to warm up and was struggling to stay warm.

Location is very nice, but the cleaning was done superficially and you need to bring everything as one garbage bag and two kitchen towels were provided for 5 days. Given the price, we expected much better equipment.
