Additional features include elevator to every floor, laundry room with utility sink, screened porch with adjacent sundeck and private backyard with woodland backdrop.
Walk, bike or take the golf cart to the beach. Close proximity to Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, golf courses, local shops and restaurants. Historic Charleston is 80 miles south. Myrtle Beach is 20 miles north.
An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, and Starbucks.
Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog.

a very comfortable place to spend time at the beach

The home was beautiful and was much larger than expected. Our group of 12 fit comfortably and everyone had plenty of space. The large living room and couch made it a great central gathering place. Jenny and Cathy from the management team were both extremely helpful and friendly to assist with any needs we had.
