Located within a residential beachside community, guests can relax into the abundant outdoor living spaces including the front porch with rocking chairs, the poolside furnished screened porch with outdoor dining set, as well as the covered poolside patio and wraparound cobblestone pool sundeck with built-in firepit. During quiet times of the day unwind to the sound of the surf’s ebb and flow.
The interior floor plan provides common areas on the first floor with bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors. Open, spacious and well equipped, the kitchen will be the hub of family activity. A garage provides covered parking and a place for your beach gear.

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 4-minute walk. Leaving the driveway, turn the corner and head down Songbird Lane two short blocks to a beach boardwalk path with parking.
BIKE TRAIL ACCESS: The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway runs through North Litchfield Beach parallel to Ocean Highway 17. Pick up the trail by heading toward Ocean Highway via North Boyle Road or Windover Drive to Trace Drive. Look for the white on blue Bike Path markers.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by their dog. Please see Pet Policy for more details. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs.

A nice house with plenty of room for lots of people. It was just the two of us so we closed off unused rooms. Beautiful pool but freezing cold - we couldn’t get in until the day before leaving☹️ There is a pool heater but I didn’t realize I had to request it being turned on two weeks in advance of arrival. We enjoyed the porches and pool deck. Really convenient to the gorgeous beach and we went every morning and early evening. There are a LOT of steep stairs outside and inside the house. I fell going to the interior top floor to do laundry. No one’s fault, just be careful. Trash is picked up on Friday and Tuesday mornings, but when we arrived on Sunday, the can in the drive was overflowing with smelly trash and nothing could be done.
