This stylish apartment is conveniently located a short walk from the picturesque Spianata dell’Acquasola Park amongst the boutiques and upscale restaurants of Genoa’s vibrant commercial district.
Situated on the fourth floor of a historic building overlooking Piazza Colombo, the property comfortably sleeps four guests and is the perfect base for a city break with friends or family.
The spacious apartment benefits from high ceilings, a practical tiled floor and large picture windows that look over the piazza. Guests can relax in the bright and airy living room furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with; a dining table, a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The flat was excellent. Lots of space with pretty well everything we needed. We were doing some cooking in the flat and noticed that it could have done with more utensils . 2 pans isn’t really enough especially for those preparing larger meals but that is a small point otherwise excellent point

Great apartment and amazing host. He communicated everything clearly and to the point and kept in touch with us throughout our trip. Would be nice to have two big fans in the flat but other than that we were really happy. The location was excellent and would definitely stay there again.
