About this house rental
Located off M-119 between the premier resort towns of Harbor Springs and Petoskey, Rivage Retreat is an ideal rental for enjoying the Little Traverse Bay region in all four seasons! It is close enough to jump on bikes and hit the Little Traverse Wheelway (a bike path from Harbor Springs through Petoskey to Charlevoix) yet a comfortable place to land after a long day of sightseeing.
Take your first step inside the front door to an open-concept living area and kitchen with plenty of daylight and a gas fireplace, a great space for gathering. Grab your morning coffee at the coffee bar just off the kitchen and step outside onto one of the multiple deck and patio areas. The main level consists of three tastefully decorated bedrooms, with the primary suite overlooking the wooded backyard and offering access to the back deck. The finished lower level offers a second living area, great for kids to congregate and the fourth bedroom with two queen beds and a TV.
Enjoy the lush year-round plantings and plenty of yard while you enjoy your meals alfresco and take in the sunlight or fall into the hammocks with a good book in the shade.
No matter the season, you are minutes from it all – Nubs Nob and The Highlands for skiing, downtown Harbor Springs, and Petoskey for shopping and dining!

so spacious. The outdoor patio was a hit. Everything was so cute and well kept. Only reason I marked 4 stars for cleanliness was because the baseboards were not clean but I’m really picky. Amazing stay!!!! Would totally stay here again.

This property was great for me and my family. Plenty of space for 5 adults and two children. The amenities were great. The beds were the most comfortable of any short term rental we have stayed. And the location was terrific - a short drive to both downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey State Park. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental was a great place for our family to get together and enjoy Northern Michigan! It was convenient to get many of our favorite activities and enough space to just hang out when we wanted to do that. Would definitely stay there again.

My family had a nice stay at Rivage Retreat. Property was beautiful and had ample room for all of us. Only wish was that there was a downstairs bathroom.
