Main Floor: Queen bedroom with Roku TV, another full bathroom with tub, and an open living area with a huge L couch, a 60" Roku TV, electrical fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and dining table perfect for family meals.
Lower level: 65" Roku TV & large sectional, perfect for movie nights, one full bed and two full bunk beds (each sleeping two), bringing total occupancy up to 12.
Every room has its own TV, and cozy touches throughout, plus oversized couches in the living room and lower level, double as extra sleeping space when needed.

This house is a dream home beautiful with 3 story home basement was nice relaxing place had a full size bed bunk beds and couch and tv and even games to play.The kitchen also was great and set with everything i brought moat my things for this trip but it was not needed also had a coffee bar set up by the coffee makers with the good creamers . Livingroom had a built in fire place .and then a bedroom on the same floor on the upper floor had two separate gorgeous bedrooms.The laundry room had the laundry soap dryer sheets anything you needed like you was at home even had pup bowls and pup towels.The home was also very well decorated and this home looked brand new inside the fire pit outside with the party lights we didnt ise as it snow but a wonderful view from the deck to look at.This home also had 3 decks for enjoying.We will definitely be booking this home again..Oh forgot the smores items on the table as a welcoming if you ever stay in Petoskey,Indian river or harbor springs and the Alanson area this is the place to book if you want to feel like home very pleased

Very well equipped home, with a great location. Quiet nights and central to many of the "up north" attractions. We plan on booking again soon.

Beautiful vacation home nestled in a tree oasis. Our family enjoyed a 2 night stay. The home was well equipped with everything you need to feel at home! Many northern Michigan attractions just 15-30 minutes away! Would definitely recommend this vacation home to family & friends! Host is very responsive also!

Well maintained and clean with everything we needed. Large wooded lot provides privacy for late night bonfire. Used the full kitchen and grill to cook group dinner and avoid going to restaurants with large party.
