We really enjoyed our stay here at this location! Very clean place. Super comfortable bedding. Loved that we could walk to the attractions at Boyne in minutes, too.The dining area was small for our group of 15 to all eat at once and if you're a large group make sure you bring extra toilet paper for yourselves as well. We went through our starter toilet paper pretty quickly as a group of 15 women.

We had a wonderful time at the Boyne Mountain condo! The comfortable beds and the pool were fantastic, and the space was just right for our group of 14. Although the kitchen space was somewhat limited, we were able to make it work. Lexis was always quick to respond to our questions, which was a huge help. Most importantly, we had a truly relaxing experience! Thank you!

The condo is clearly not “newly renovated”, much wear and tear is evident. The tub liners are bubbled on the floor, there is an off-putting musty smell as soon as you enter the condo, it is actually 3 bedrooms with a bed in the loft above one of the king beds. The air conditioning units are so loud it’s difficult to sleep in any of the rooms. There was a children's diaper in one of the bedrooms. All the towels (in every bathroom) were damp or wet upon our arrival as if they were not dry when folded. We complained about the towels to the owner, still no response. The WiFi is very hot or miss, the TVs did not always work because of this. The location is an easy 1/4 mile walk to the main lodge, but the very old and uneven stairs to get to this 2nd floor unit are not easy for elderly to use. The bathrooms are very small and you will struggle to close the doors while utilizing the toilet. The listing mentions a hot tub, but there is none you can access included in the stay. The hot tub is available at the main lodge pool and has a daily per person cost you must pay at the spa. The owner tells you not to use the Boyne mountain adventure center zip lining which was wonderful, she recommended an offsite zipline that is permanently closed down. Will not return to this particular condo.
