Welcome to The Beach Hutch, your home away from home! If you are searching for the perfect beach front vacation spot, your search is over. Located on Lake Michigan’s pristine north shore and offering 120 feet of private soft sand beach, this truly spectacular home encompasses everything you would expect in a beach front home.
Entering the home, you are greeted with a large open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and bright airy windows offering exceptional lake views from almost every room. There is a spacious well-equipped Kitchen with bar seating for 4 and table seating for 6. The sink has Purified Reverse Osmosis drinking water so you won't have to bring or buy bottled water! You will also find the washer/dryer as well as Bedroom/Bathroom 1 in this area of the home. Next you will enter the Great Room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, cozy couch seating for 5 and a 60-inch HDTV. Off to one side of the Great Room are Bedrooms 2 & 3 along with Bathroom 2. Flowing through to the other side is the large waterfront Sunroom with captivating panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Inside this room you will find yourself encompassed by beauty. This stunning room is furnished with a dining table for 6, a full sleeper sofa, and ample seating/comfort as you sit and take in Lake Michigan’s vast beauty.
From the Sunroom you can access the wrap around deck, teak table, grill and outdoor shower. As you step off the deck you are just 30 steps away from the sugary soft sand and the crystal-clear water of Lake Michigan. Outside there is something for everyone’s beach side enjoyment. Some of the amenities provided are Adirondack chairs, kayaks, water and sand toys, and a Little Tikes playground. The soft sandy bottom and gradual sloping water depth allow for some of the best swimming in the area. On the other end of the beach is a firepit. This is the perfect place to sit under the stars with a relaxing bonfire while catching glimpses of shooting stars.

The house is tucked away behind trees so it's not visible from the highway. Lighting at the doorway going into the garage where you enter the house. The house has nice big windows facing the lake. Beautiful view all day. The house is very roomy and lots of space to spread out. Outside is a porch with lawn chairs so you can send on the porch and the enjoy the view. There is also a small charcoal grill, table and chairs and off to the side of the porch is a fire pit. Kid friendly yard and house.

Large comfortable home right on the lake. Beautiful views, close to many popular attractions. Relaxing and just right for a family gathering.

We had storms an afternoon and evening while we were at The Beach Hutch. The cards and games were great and my 2 year old grandson had the best time playing with the children's toys!
When the sun came out after the storms, the tide went out. I mean way, way out! We could walk in the water further than we could swim when the tide was in.
Thanks our family, including our miniature schnauzer, all had a wonderful time playing in the water.

The guest bathroom needs a lot of plumbing repairs. Sink Leaks and the stopper is stuck. The tub leaks
