About this apartment rental
This beautifully remodeled condo is located on Wildwood on Walloon Lake unit #11. This home features 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with 3 levels! You are only a short walk down to the private beach and your boat dock. The association offers many amenities that include a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, pickle ball, private beach, boat dock, and a 2 hole golf course. You are also close to several nature preserves in the area and only about a mile down the road from Boyne School Forest Mt. bike trail.
The main level features an open floor plan with a newly updated interior. The kitchen and living room flow together, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances, a bar with stools and a dining table. The patio is just off of the living room and has plenty of outdoor seating and a propane grill. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed, a full bathroom is next to this along with a 2nd bedroom that has a queen bed. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms; one bedroom has 2 twin beds, another with 1 twin bed and the last with a queen bed and ensuite. This also has a nice sitting area with a full bathroom. Downstairs is another living room area with board games and a TV with plenty of seating. There also is a 6th bedroom down here with a king bed and a full bathroom next to it. Laundry is also downstairs.
The main and upper levels are air conditioned; the basement stays pretty cool without it. The boat slip only accommodates pontoon boats. The living room has a wood burning fireplace- perfectly cozy for those colder months. This condo is enjoyable in any season! You are only a short drive to Boyne Mountain for a fun filled ski weekend. The fall gains popularity from the fall color tours and the wineries in the area. Break out the golf clubs in the spring season to enjoy many different courses in the area. In any season, this condo is the perfect place for an Up North Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Nice location, clean and comfortable inside, and enjoyable scenery for walks.
The owners put a lot of love into this place and it is well kept. Highly recommend.
