Enjoy our beautiful home on the shores of Lake Champlain. Activities for every season; swim, kayak ,fish, hike, bike, ski or just chill on our private beach! Close to Point au Roche and Plattsburgh City Beach. Walk or boat to the restaurant at Treadwell Bay Marina or hop in the car, we are minutes from the ferry to Vermont, also Lake Placid and Montreal are close by.
Stunning backyard views of the Green Mountains from the wrap around porch , and on the rare rainy day North Bowl Lanes and Cumberland 12 Cinemas are 5 minutes away.
Our house is bright and comfortable, with A/C for warm summer nights and a fireplace to add to the ambiance.
Two master bedrooms with luxury linens, third bedroom with a trundle bed and a loft for kids of any age to hang. Open concept kitchen well stocked .
While you're in the area check out local attractions like Experience Outdoors, Ausable Chasm, Champlain Mall , Parc Safari or Bluff Point Golf Club.

Perfect location for many reasons: Adirondack WIND ENSEMBLE in downtown Plattsburgh, lovely ferry ride to South Hero Island, an hour ride to the Canadian border. Forgot to mention the property is directly on Lake Champlain, breathtaking!

House was lovely and a perfect location to stay with our family when we visited our son at SUNY Plattsburgh. 15 minutes to the school, shopping and charming, downtown Plattsburgh. We even managed a day trip to Montreal (less than an hour and a half ride). House was clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Host was very clear with directions, very helpful with questions and very easy to contact. Will be back!
