House completely renovated in a boat cabin style. We enjoyed our stay here and it was perfect for our size party. The only thing that caused me to rate it 4 stars was the cleanliness. The house was extremely dusty and filled with dog hair. Besides this, we had no other issues and loved the location of the property.

This place was perfect for our little vacation. The rooms were clean, and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed for making dinners in. Close to Lake Placid and Ausable Chasm (this place is amazing).Would recommend for large group to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was cozy and had everything we needed.Just a couple of things to know before booking: There was a rat (we called him ratatouille) that would come out at night and get into food, so make sure to put everything away. Also, the house is right by train tracks, and when the train comes through it shakes the whole place. The title is a little misleading as you cannot see the water from the house. Other than that, it was a great stay and a good spot for a trip!
