About this cottage rental
Enjoy this 2 Bedroom plus Bunk Room cottage. Hardwood and tile, Smart TV in each bedroom, 55"TV in the living area, all new appliances and a washer and dryer. A large deck and steps that lead to the beach and dock are all new. Plenty of parking is available if you have a boat trailer. This cottage is located in a calm portion of the bay so it's great for swimming and boating. Three Kayaks and an aluminum boat for you to use!
All bedding and towels are supplied and are new.
A new HVAC unit has been installed so on those rare hot and muggy nights you will sleep soundly and be plently warm in the spring and fall..
An outside fire pit with plenty of chairs will delight in the evening. Inside enjoy the ambiance of the wood stove when it is cool.
Docks are in. 90 ft of dock is shared with owners adjacent lot/camper and plenty of room for your toys and boat.
Cottage sits on 100 ft of lake shore but owner also has the adjacent lot so you can enjoy 200 ft. of frontage.
A full size washer and dryer are in the cottage for your convenience.
Enjoy a fall weekend to see the foliage - a beautiful drive to the Lake Placid area or take the ferry across to Vermont.

My family spent a nice 5 days at Patty's house on the lake. The pictures listed on the site do not do the home justice at all. The lake views from inside the house and on the porch are absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Plenty of utensils, pots/pans and supplies in the kitchen for all of your cooking needs.

Beautiful location and very spacious house right on the water. Unfortunately we did run into a problem with the owner living on site throughout the stay, stopping by frequently. It felt awkward and like we were being watched throughout the weekend. Not sure if it is always like this but something to keep in mind when renting. Otherwise had a great time in a beautiful location!
