About this apartment rental
Welcome to this brand-new (completion June 2024) vacation rental right on the Greetsieler Sieltief in Eilsum, not far from Greetsiel!
This beautiful apartment features a spacious living and dining area with an L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a bookshelf, along with an adjoining dining table that seats 4 people. Directly integrated into the space is the high-quality built-in kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, stovetop, toaster, Cafissimo pod machine, French press, coffee maker, and electric kettle. From the living area, you can step directly out onto the furnished patio with a table and four chairs, where you can enjoy the stunning view of the Greetsiel Sieltief from the garden or the dock. There is another patio on the side of the house where you can enjoy the morning sun in peace and quiet.
Both bedrooms in the apartment each feature a double bed (separate mattresses) with a closet; one of the bedrooms also has an additional TV. The beautiful shower room features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a heated towel rack, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer; there is also a separate guest restroom.
In the apartment’s storage room, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer.
Tiles with comfortable underfloor heating are installed throughout the apartment. The bedrooms have electric roller shutters, and all windows in the apartment are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The apartment includes a parking space in front of the building. A lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles is also available.
During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.
In the same building are the accommodations “Giebelträumchen,” “Heiti’s Koje,” and “Oktopus”; the houses “Framheim” and “Lieblingsplatz am Siel” are located right next door.
Eilsum is an East Frisian mound village, one of the oldest settlements on the North Sea coast. Discover East Frisia’s historic landscape by bike. Countless, well-marked bike paths lead you through quaint villages, along canals, and on hiking trails. Visit the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel or the port city of Emden with its art gallery, museums, the “Otto-Huus,” and much more.
The apartment is located in a new development, so unfortunately we cannot rule out occasional noise and dust disturbances.
