Welcome to “Heiti’s Koje” (completion April 2024) in a prime location in Eilsum!
This high-quality and beautiful ground-floor apartment is situated on a large corner lot and is surrounded by two canals!
The cozy living and dining area features two comfortable armchairs, a matching sofa, and a large smart TV. You’ll also find some games, books, and a DAB radio here. Right next to it is the large dining table and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, microwave, egg cooker, waffle iron, blender, sandwich toaster, and fondue set. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a Smart TV, and a wardrobe. The spacious bathroom with a window features a hair dryer, a towel warmer, a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. In the separate guest restroom, you’ll find another sink and toilet, as well as a washer and dryer. An iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are also available for your use.
The two connected, furnished terraces are easily accessible through two doors in the living and dining area; here you’ll find a table, chairs, a grill, sun loungers, lounge furniture, and an infrared sauna.
The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with radiant floor heating. The main windows are fitted with fly screens, and all windows have pleated blinds—including blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Many outlets throughout the apartment also feature USB-A and USB-C ports.
Starting in May 2025, one dog is permitted in the apartment upon prior notice; this is a non-smoking apartment. There is also a shared walkway along the canal that is shared with the neighboring apartment.

The apartment includes a parking space in front of the building, and a wallbox (for a separate fee) is also available. A lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles is also available.
During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.
In the same building are the accommodations “Giebelträumchen,” “Oktopus,” and “Sielkiekjes”; the houses “Framheim” and “Lieblingsplatz am Siel” are located right next door.
Eilsum is an East Frisian mound village, one of the oldest settlements on the North Sea coast. Discover East Frisia’s historic landscape by bike. Countless, well-marked bike paths lead you through quaint villages, along canals, and on hiking trails. Visit the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel or the port city of Emden with its art gallery, museums, the “Otto-Huus,” and much more.
The apartment is located in a new development area, so unfortunately we cannot rule out occasional noise and dust disturbances.
