The perfect place for a “little break” from everyday life: Just a few kilometers away from the bustling center of Greetsiel, you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet and relax in complete comfort with a view of the water and the beautiful natural surroundings.

A lovingly furnished upstairs apartment awaits you, featuring top-of-the-line amenities and completed as recently as May 2024.
You’ll enter a light-filled living and dining area with an adjacent open kitchen. From the very comfortable chairs at the dining table, you can look out over the furnished balcony directly toward the Siel—just a few meters away—and into the natural surroundings of Eilsum. The cozy sofa invites you to relax or watch TV (Smart TV). The generously sized kitchen has everything you could want (dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with separate freezer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, hand blender, and immersion blender, etc.). Ample storage space and generous countertops make cooking a pleasure.
The upstairs bedroom features a box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm (separate mattresses with a full-width topper) and another TV. A small workspace allows you to work from home if needed.
The bright upstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a vanity with ample storage space and a hair dryer, as well as a washer-dryer combo.
The separate storage room provides space to store beverage crates or groceries you’ve brought home. You’ll also find a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board here.
The entire upper floor is equipped with underfloor heating (heat pump).
The converted attic houses the second bedroom, which features another box-spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm (separate mattresses with a continuous topper) as well as a reading chair. There is also a separate restroom with a sink here.
The bedrooms can be darkened—on the upper floor with electric roller shutters and in the attic with blackout blinds. Almost all windows have pleated blinds and/or curtains. The main windows are equipped with insect screens.
Atmospheric, individually adjustable lighting options and decorations throughout the apartment create the perfect setting for comfort and relaxation.
Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available (we do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).
A parking space is included with the apartment, and a lockable garden shed is also available for storing items such as bicycles.
During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.
The Sieltied, TiefBlick, and Zweite Heimat accommodations are located in the same building; the Wind in den Bäumen and Lieblingsplatz am Siel houses are right next door.
Eilsum is an East Frisian mound village, one of the oldest settlements on the North Sea coast. Discover East Frisia’s historic landscape by bike. Countless, well-marked bike paths lead you through quaint villages, along canals, and along hiking trails. Visit the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel or the port city of Emden with its art gallery, museums, the “Otto-Huus,” and much more.
Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.
Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment.
