Location is 10 min north of Shibuya station so very convenient. Is right by the train track so can hear that early in the morning. Didn't use the hot spring portion. Appreciate how helpful the staff was in arranging transport of our luggage to the next location. Fine spot as long as you're okay with very small room.

I visited this hotel 3 years ago, felt very good food and sauna, this way I booked again. I guess they sold some of hotel to another owner , the breakfast area and sauna became so small, in front of hotel is full of garbage. So disappointed of the changing. Compare with other dormy inn, this one totally not worth it.
