    Wonderful stay here, staff so friendly and the room was lovely. Rooms cleaned everyday, and staff very accommodating. Would definitely recommend great value for your money.

    You pretty much book like a apartment even though it is classified as a hotel you get a kitchen for yourself where you can cook yourself, the pool was very clean and the view was very lovely.

    My experience at the Park Heights Warren Collection was appalling and I would never recommend staying here. Not only is there no security in place—which allowed 7–8 people to freely enter the property and steal belongings from me and my friends—but the staff’s behavior afterwards was shockingly rude and dismissive. When we reported the robbery, the night staff brushed us off and told us to “wait until someone else comes in” rather than offering any real support. They showed no concern for our safety or situation. Staff refused to cooperate with the police when asked for CCTV, and later lied about not knowing what had happened, despite being spoken to directly. Instead of taking responsibility, staff treated us with hostility, even going as far as accusing us of smoking in our room—an unfounded claim that felt like blatant stereotyping. Throughout the entire ordeal, the staff were dishonest, unhelpful, and incredibly disrespectful. This is not just poor service—it’s a complete disregard for guests’ safety and dignity. If you value being treated fairly and with basic respect, avoid this place at all costs.
