    Management need to invest in new lift. My daughter and I were stuck in lift between 3rd & 4th floor. Needed to be pulled out of the gap with luggage by maintenance staff. No fridges in rooms. Front reception little help. Paper thin walls-noisy.

    Location is perfect , But i was very much annoyed with the reception desk service , Indian Staff is great in hospitality but there is one female receptionist ( Roman ) who needs training to communicate with customers politely. Dont want to mention the incidents which arised during that but they came inside my room when i was in the shower area. So in terms of security i was always in a dilema for my 5 days stay that the staff can open your room anytime mo matter what you are doing. So be carefull while booking the stay with them.
