Very nice and complete house, spacious and clean, quite new. Enough space for everyone, good beds, shutters. Also enough coffee cups and toilet paper, which is a nice detail. The personnel who supports the house is excellent 10/10 for everything. Quick response, friendly and helpful.

As other guests mentioned, and as expected, a busy road lies close ahead. Because of the shutters you do not hear it at night. Also a very minor detail is that the shower heads in some of the bathrooms can’t be mounted atop of your head.

The property was just as pictured and well maintained. It is outfitted with quality finishes, comfortable furniture and is very well stocked. We really enjoyed the outside area during our downtime. I worked a bit while there and was happy with the WiFi. The host was very responsive and worked to address an issue with shower drainage during our stay quickly and permanetly by adding a piece of stone to the floor which was appreciated and resolved the issue. The location is great, it makes it easy to walk into Platanias during the day or at night and not have to worry about parking. Also convenient to have the grocery store right next door as we did some cooking during our stay.

Honestly we don't have anything bad to say but will advise travelers that this is on the main road, but since it is at the beginning we did not find noise to be an issue. The modern shutters are great at blocking light and the new windows/doors seemed to block most noise.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It's very comfortable and luxuriously furnished, very clean, and has a beautiful view of the sea. We were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset almost every evening. We were close to town, yet a bit out of the way. The sea was very close. Lidl was next door and the apartment was a real eye-catcher for everyone walking or driving past.
