The villa was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Kostas and Christina were helpful and friendly — they even brought us pies and a cake to celebrate our special occasion. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and pleasantly warm. The villa and its small garden were lovely. Everything in the villa was modern, and the equipment — including a dishwasher and washing machine — was almost perfect. There was even a Bluetooth speaker, so you don’t need to pack your own.
The location was peaceful, yet it was easy to reach Chania by bus. It’s about a 20–25 minute walk to the beach and to larger supermarkets. However, having a car is recommended, and there was always parking space next to the gate.
The bedroom on the basement level is separate from the others and has its own toilet and shower. The room does have a window, but there is no view. On the entrance level, there is the living room, kitchen, and a toilet. The two bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom and a balcony with beautiful views of the bay. The bedrooms on the second floor also share a bathroom and have nice views, though no balcony.
The villa is full of charming details. Overall, it is definitely a five-star accommodation.

Absolutely everything! I had read the reviews and I can honestly say they were all spot on.
The villa was beautiful, so well designed, quality furnishings, bedding and well equipped. Kostas was the best host I’ve ever had. He was there to greet us late at night after our delayed flight! There was a big bowl of fresh fruit, freshly baked cheese pastries, wine, milk, water and everything you’d need to start you off! Straight away he said he’d be back to take us to the supermarket in his car. He was there at 11am and not only did the take us to the supermarket he gave us a lovely tour of the area! He also gave us lot of tips and recommendations! I honestly could not rate him enough.
The villa was in a good location, a cab drive to the main area of Chania, but walking distance to a beautiful old village with restaurants and shops. Also in the other direction ten minutes walk to a lovely beach. We really loved Fos Villa and would love to come back!!😎😎😎

I would not hesitate to recommend Fos Villa. We were a group of eight friends and the villa was perfect for our needs. Even though we didn’t arrive until late at night, we were personally welcomed by Kostas, who gave us a full tour of the villa. The villa was stocked with all the essentials – water, bread, eggs, milk, fruit etc., even fresh homemade Greek pastries! This was really helpful given the late time of our arrival. The villa was spotlessly clean and very modern, and the air conditioning was much appreciated given the high temperatures outside! The bedrooms were all good sizes and there was plenty of space for all of us. The outside area was lovely, with a really good sized pool, and we enjoyed many al-fresco lunches at the outdoor table. The location of the villa was good – only a short taxi ride into Chania Old Town, and you could also catch the bus from the bus stop just across the road from the villa. For evenings where you don’t want to go far, there is a local taverna just a couple of doors down from the villa, which serves really good quality, authentic Greek food. Kostas was a great host, providing lots of helpful recommendations, and he even brought us a beautiful chocolate cake towards the end of our stay.
Overall, the villa made our holiday extra special, and I hope to be able to stay here again someday!

One of the best properties we ever stayed at, Fos Villa is great and the charming hosts - Kostas abd Christina - very welcoming. We were actually surprised to find the kitchen stocked with fresh bread, honey and marmelade, fruits and a bottle of local wine, eggs , snacks. Also cleaning materials and soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels. Tv game consoles and great internet connection. The hosts who live next door are very helpful with suggestions what to do in the area, where to eat etc and even surprised us with pies for dinner! The pool - heated - very clean and surrounded by meticulous gardening of which Kostas is justifiably proud. Christina's design solutions are impressive. If you're looking for a peaceful comfortable place with easy access to the town of Chania and the main road Fos Villa is very recommended. We had a great time. Much appreciation, Christina and Kostas!
