Obviously the location and aspect without saying. But as well the house accommodates extended families so well with the five bedrooms and ensuites.
A pleasure to stay and nothing not to like.

The view was pretty
The house needs alot of tiny amendments and alot of appliances weren't working.
The heatpumps didn't work tho they supplied heaters. The dishwasher didn't drain and wash. The dryer door would open, spit out the laundry, and would keep going (kinda like a fire hazard waiting to happen). People blocked the driveway making entry difficult, and the house alarm malfunction caused a disturbance for the kids late into the night. Downstairs beds are old and very uncomfortable.
