Located in a modern residential block in a relatively quiet area of the city. Just an easy 15 minute walk into the old town. There is a street behind with plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is very well appointed with furniture, bedding etc and is large in size. The biggest benefit is the underground parking as every part of Nantes seems to require parking payment. However, the garage entrance has limited headroom - maybe 1.85m at the most so be careful.

The washing machine didn't work but the owner was very quick to respond and arranged a repair. These things happen so it's fine with me. There was a very good launderette just round the corner.

L'emplacement est très bien, bus, restaurants, centre ville historique tout à proximité. Accès facile et bien expliqué. Surface et agencement de l'appartement + garage au sous-sol parfaits.

Que no tenía jabón ni champú

Amplio apartamento muy cerca del centro de Nantes, con servicios cercanos (restaurantes, panadería, supermercado). Camas cómodas y calefacción. Garaje en el sótano, con cocheras individuales que se cierran con llave.
