The apartment, renovated in a former factory, has large windows (with two-way glass) and metal beams that contribute to its authentic charm. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with toilet all comforts upstairs. The ideal location allows you to explore Nantes and its surroundings and is close to the tram, bars and restaurants.
This is a 46 m2 duplex apartment renovated. The duplex can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located in the heart of the island of Nantes and allows you to enjoy many amenities directly accessible on foot (Biocoop, Monoprix, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants / bar, florist, the University Hospital (1km) as well as some of Nantes' flagship attractions such as the Machines de l'île located at the end of the 1.3km distance.
