On the banks of the Erdre, the exhibition center and the Beaujoire stadium and the tram. The cottage has a large bedroom on the first floor with a king size bed 180x200, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen area. A bathroom with large walk-in shower. Upstairs a mezzanine with a 2nd king size bed and 1 single bed.

The house was very nice and tastefully appointed. Lovely to have the private hot tub for a winter break. Super location near the river and beautiful Parc floral de la Beaujoire.
