The property is situated in a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful environment. The room is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a large, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a microwave, and a private fridge. There’s also an electric kettle, though its condition makes it less appealing to use.
Despite the quiet surroundings, it takes about 30 minutes on foot to reach the city center. Within a day, small flies appeared in the room, particularly near the ceiling. A proper chair would improve comfort, as the existing one isn’t pleasant to sit on. Check‑in can be inconvenient, requiring a call to the host or waiting for someone to open the door if the telecom isn’t functioning.

The towels, bed and pillow cover seems not cleaned after each rentals. Owner acknowledeged that he did not have time to clean as it was a last minute reservation. Bath room is shared with other unit and they are average.

Emplacement: Bien car près de la station TRAM Hopital Pasteur et du bus pour l'aéroport. Mais loin des centres commerciales. Chambre climatisée.
