The apartment is lovely, well decorated, and equipped with almost everything you might need, although we did miss having a toaster and a microwave. The bathroom was good, and the bedrooms were comfortable too. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is excellent, and you can easily walk to all the main attractions and the city centre.

Communication could have been better, as I didn't receive a response to my messages until the day before I travelled, when I was sent a video with the check-in instructions. Receiving this information earlier would have made the arrival process much less stressful. I was also surprised to find that the entrance to the building is covered in graffiti. As this wasn't mentioned beforehand, it didn't give the best first impression and made me question whether I was at the right place. It would be helpful to provide clearer information about the location and entrance in advance so guests know what to expect.

Wszystko przebiegło bardzo sprawnie, mieszkanie jest przestronne, miało wszystko czego potrzeba. Dodatkowym plusem jest lokalizacja.
