Gorgeous view, private parking on site, only 6? Units in the place, nearby to great restaurants and beach to swim, also for the drive to deep mani it was very convenient. It’s literally like probably less than 5 mins to either town on either side. plus Aeropoli right there. We ate dinner in Aeropoli, and others in Neo Itilo daily (breakfast and coffee at the hotel there in the cafe patio- with ocean view and very chill), didn't even have time to eat in Limeni actually when that was the original plan because we ended up eating in the Mani peninsula while driving. *Came back to add, they had emailed me about the water, so I was worried, but the water was hot and water pressure was great! Thank you for giving good water pressure - so I have no idea why they said that, perhaps in the winter is it different, idk. Also I stayed on the ground floor, and yes, the other patios are right there, but thankfully everyone staying at the same time as me was considerate, and it wasn't an issue. They also have a little swim rack outside for drying swimsuits. Maybe the upstairs, or bigger units are bigger/nicer, but honestly what I had was enough for basically only sleeping there. There is a good breakfast/coffee/dinner available very closeby, and the swimming turned out to be one of the highlights. There are beach bars with chairs, but I didn't use that. Honestly, I needed more time to fully explore everything in Mani, and also allow for swimming time morning and evening. I came in mid-end June and stayed 2 nights. I would stay 3 or 4 nights next time to allow for swimming/relaxing time as well as exploring.

The driveway is something. Be prepared for some yelling with your spouse lol, but in the end it is doable and actually not that bad since there’s only like 6 cars (so we never encountered someone coming the other way). Also please know this whole area has a lot of cliffy situations so in the grand scheme of things it is going to happen nearly everywhere here. The only other points of what I would say I didn’t like is the bathroom is very tiny (to the point the toilet trash can had to be moved to in the way). If you're reading this from outside Greece and never heard of toilet trash, in Greece they have tiny pipes, and simply can't handle toilet paper. So you must put your used toilet paper into the little trash can. Be a good visitor and just do it properly. It doesn't have to be gross and they take it away daily. It is in everywhere in Greece, not just this hotel. It actually isn't much of an issue, I thought it would be bad, but its not really. I agree with the shutter reviews of the other reviews (the door/windows open but and you can open the shutters without opening the glass door, but there is no screen and no other way (like blind/curtain) to make some privacy. The only way to really enjoy the view is sit outside (at least for the unit i had). But didn't stay there long enough to make it a big deal. We honestly left them open and closed it for changing only. For me they just should air out the units more for humidity better or get a filter fan, and give more towels so you can deal with it (nothing seemed to dry quickly compared to other places). But the house cleaning lady is kind and comes daily so you can deal with it. And a note for future guests: go from the parking lot around the path around the building (in front of all the patios to the back of the building and you'll find the doors). I would like a bigger swim drying rack outside for all the swim wear and towels needed to dry out. I would overall stay there again.
